Take a deep breath, Swine Flu’s not that bad

"There are, appropriately, public health concerns with any new strain of influenza that develops. During the last century we have had three major events where millions of people died after new strains (H1, H2 and H3) spread to people and to which we had little or no pre-existing immunity (eg H1N1 Spanish Flu from 1918-19). These new strains spread to people from strains derived from birds, often after mixing their genetic components in pigs. This latter mixing made them more adept at spreading from person to person. The current “Swine flu” strain has a mix of human, pig and bird genetic components and thus is of some concern.

However this current strain does not fulfil two essential characteristics needed for any Flu strain to be the same problem as Spanish flu. For any Flu strain to be a problem of the same magnitude it needs: to readily spread from person to person AND to have a more aggressive (or virulent) effect in people compared to the strains that are circulating now and causing problems every winter. This current swine flu strain is not more virulent."

The latest flu vaccine is being produced by three companies and is of the killed virus type. WHAT CAN YOU DO TO PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN

When State Governments take action to force people to accept MANDATORY VACCINATIONS it is an Illegal Act according to the Australian Constitution, (xxiiiA.) "The provision of maternity allowances, widows' pensions, child endowment, unemployment, pharmaceutical, sickness and hospital benefits, medical and dental services (but not so as to authorize any form of civil conscription), benefits to students and family allowances:" This provision (but not so as to authorize any form of civil conscription), means they cannot force people to take vaccinations, or to accept Fluoride mass medication in drinking water.

When State Governments take steps to alter their Constitution,(which Qld has done) and do so without the people's concent through a Referendum, then they have acted outside the provision of the Australian Constitution;

Australian Constitution - Section 106 - Saving of Constitutions

The Constitution of each State of the Commonwealth shall, subject to this Constitution, continue as at the establishment of the Commonwealth, or as at the admission of establishment of the State, as the case may be, until altered in accordance with the Constitution of the State. -

In Australia, legislative power is held concurrently by the Commonwealth and the States. In the event of inconsistency between Commonwealth and State laws, section 109 of the Constitution of Australia provides that the laws of the Commonwealth shall prevail over those of a State to the extent of any inconsistency. (However; to escape and circumvent this provision; the Beattie Queensland Government seceded from the Commonwealth as a State, and became the Brigalow Corp', this now means a Queensland citizen person is compelled to go outside the Qld Judicial system to appeal to the High Court of Australia for Justice as a person who is still a 'Subject' of the Queen and the Commonwealth)

The meaning of "invalid" in s 109 does not mean that a State law is invalid in the postitivist sense that the State Parliament lacks power to pass it. The State law, though enacted with full validity, merely ceases to operate. Hence, in order for s 109 to come into operation at all, there must be a valid State law and a valid Commonwealth law. (Carter v Egg and Egg Pulp Marketing Board (Vic)).

When s 109 takes effect, the State law yields to the Commonwealth law, but remains a valid law of the Parliament which enacted it. The practical significance of this will become apparent if, at some later date, the overriding Commonwealth law ceases to operate.
